Who the pathway is for
The pathway is designed for established or developing training organizations that can identify responsible leadership, describe their CPE activity, and provide evidence of basic quality controls.

What we examine
The review considers legal or organizational identity, accountable leadership, instructor selection, program development, learner information, attendance and completion controls, certificate issue, feedback, complaints, records, and review of quality.

Approval outcome
A successful decision states the approved provider identity and scope, any conditions, permitted claims, and ongoing responsibilities. Where evidence is incomplete, we may request clarification or decline the application with reasons.
