Review covers program governance, document control, faculty arrangements, delivery oversight, learner safeguards, certificate controls, complaints, internal review, data, and continuous improvement.

Sampling and assurance
A broader accreditation may use representative program and record samples. Sampling does not reduce the organization’s responsibility to maintain standards across the full approved scope.
