Key considerations

What this pathway establishes

01

Governance

Clear authority, accountability, ethics, conflicts, and oversight of educational quality.

02

Portfolio control

Consistent methods for approving, changing, monitoring, and retiring programs.

03

Learner assurance

Reliable information, support, assessment, complaints, privacy, and records across delivery.

01

Organizational scope

The application should define entities, brands, countries, divisions, subjects, delivery models, and programs intended to fall within the requested accreditation scope.

02

Quality management

Review covers program governance, document control, faculty arrangements, delivery oversight, learner safeguards, certificate controls, complaints, internal review, data, and continuous improvement.

03

Sampling and assurance

A broader accreditation may use representative program and record samples. Sampling does not reduce the organization’s responsibility to maintain standards across the full approved scope.

A clear route forward

A competent reviewer evaluates the submitted evidence against the published requirements.

3

Questions resolved

Where clarification or additional evidence is needed, the applicant receives a focused request.

4

Decision issued

The outcome, approved scope, conditions, and next obligations are documented and communicated.

Organization Accreditation is not a blanket endorsement of activities outside the written scope or of third parties merely associated with the organization.
