Client support

Prepare for accreditation renewal

Renewal confirms that the approved scope remains current, requirements continue to be met, and improvement is supported by evidence from the accreditation period.

Key considerations

What you need to know

01

Start early

Allow time to update evidence, answer questions, and receive a decision before expiry.

02

Show current practice

Provide records from the accreditation period rather than relying only on the original submission.

03

Explain change

Identify changes to organization, programs, faculty, delivery, assessment, claims, and controls.

01

Renewal scope

Confirm the organization, programs, certificates, professional status, delivery models, markets, and other elements you want included in the renewed scope.

02

Evidence of continued quality

Prepare monitoring results, program reviews, feedback themes, assessment information, complaints, corrective actions, instructor updates, certificate records, and improvement examples.

03

Expiry and continuity

Renewal should be completed before current recognition ends. Submitting late does not automatically extend status, and expired claims should not remain public unless an extension is confirmed in writing.

A clear route forward

What happens next

1

Application received

We record the submission, confirm its pathway, and check that the core information is present.

2

Evidence reviewed

A competent reviewer evaluates the submitted evidence against the published requirements.

3

Questions resolved

Where clarification or additional evidence is needed, the applicant receives a focused request.

4

Decision issued

The outcome, approved scope, conditions, and next obligations are documented and communicated.

A renewal application is reviewed on current evidence and does not guarantee continuation of the previous scope or conditions.
