Does approval authorize us to operate in South Korea?
No. Alta Professional Accreditation is a private, independent accreditation body. Approval is not governmental licensure, statutory authorization, or an endorsement by any agency in South Korea, and providers remain responsible for local legal and licensing requirements.
Do we need an office or legal entity in South Korea?
Your application should clearly identify the organization responsible for the training offered in South Korea. Review is document-based, but identity, ownership, delivery responsibilities, and submitted evidence must all be verifiable.
Can an application be returned rather than refused?
