Provider questions about Ghana
Do we need an office or legal entity in Ghana?
Your application should clearly identify the organization responsible for the training offered in Ghana. Review is document-based, but identity, ownership, delivery responsibilities, and submitted evidence must all be verifiable.
Can an application be returned rather than refused?
Yes. Where evidence is incomplete or unclear, files come back with specific requests. Strengthening the submission and continuing is a normal part of the process.
What happens after approval is granted?
Approved providers keep evidence current, report material changes, renew on schedule, and cooperate with monitoring. Approval reflects a reviewed position, so it has to stay accurate.
In what language should a Ghana application be submitted?
